PAYMENT

In Studio Appointments: A booking fee of $50 of the total quote is to be paid to secure the date and time of

the service. The remaining total must be paid by/on the day of the appointment.

Bridal & Groups Appointments: An upfront booking fee (stated upon booking) of the total quote is to be paid to secure the date and time of the service. The remaining total must be paid by/on the day of the appointment.

Appointments are not secured until booking fee is sent through.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All quotes will be emailed to the client with the understanding that this does not secure/hold your desired appointments.

All payments details are disclosed via email.

PREPARATION TO BOOKING

Please ensure your face is completely clean, cleansed and moisturised prior to your appointment. Where possible, gently exfoliate your skin the night before your scheduled appointment, then follow with a hydrating skincare regime.

Exfoliate and moisturise lips prior to your appointment.

Please avoid applying any products with SPF to your face right before your appointment.

Clients are responsible to advise Ebonii of any skin conditions, sensitivities, concerns and allergies prior to appointment.

Faces By Ebonii will not be held liable or responsible for any skin complications or allergic reactions during orafter the makeup application.

Please avoid getting any facial waxing 1 week prior to your appointment.If you are wanting false lashes applied, please avoid getting a lash lift prior to your appointment.

IN STUDIO LOCATION

All makeup applications are located in Seddon, Melbourne. The exact address will be sent to the client prior to their scheduled booking, in a confirmation SMS/email.

While the studio is small, we ask you not to bring anyone with you to the appointment, unless discussed.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Bookings require a minimum of 4x makeup applications for Ebonii to travel to your location. Alternately, Ebonii can travel for a minimum service fee for small groups.

No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after the initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible.

TRAVEL FEE’S & PARKING

Travel fees are applicable to all bookings that require to travel outside of the studio in Seddon 3011. These fees will be discussed prior to securing a booking.

Travel fees are dependent on distance and time traveled to the respected location from the studio.

Parking fees/valet parking must be arranged and covered by the client where applicable. If onside parking is not available, the client is responsible to notify Ebonii so other arrangements can be made.

It is crucial to be specific and thorough with communication regarding travel/parking information to avoid any late starts/finishes.

For in studio appointments, there is two hour street parking available at Ebonii’s studio.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an appointment, please do so by contacting eboniimua@gmail.com. If the client cancels an appointment, Ebonii will retain the booking fee paid.

Faces By Ebonii reserves the right to cancel your appointment for any reason and at any time, without notice to you. If we do so, we will provide you with a refund of the booking fee.

LATE ARRIVALS / NO SHOWS

In the event the client is late to their appointment, the appointment may need to be shortened and/or canceled.

If the client fails to attend their booked appointment, it will be canceled and the total amount of the booking is to be paid.

If the client fails to pay, they will be blacklisted and not be booked again.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The makeup chair provided has a weight rating of 100kgs only. Should this be not suitable, please notify Ebonii in advance of your appointment so we can find a suitable alternative.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Out of hours services (outside 7:00am-5:00pm) will incur additional fees. Surcharges apply for bookings  on Sundays and Public Holidays.

PHOTOS/CONTENT

Clients agree to have photographs and/or videography taken by Ebonii to use for portfolio, website and/or any creative and social media outlets. Please let us know if you do not wish to have any photos/videos taken.
